I contact the borrower immediately to confirm the appointment. I email a reply back to you when I have received and printed the docs and I place a call or email you immediately upon returning from the closing. You stay informed each step of the way.

 

When I arrive at the borrowers location, I greet them with a smile and a handshake, portraying a professional and friendly image for both of our companies. I explain to each and every borrower,  before the signing begins, that if they have a question I can not answer, we will pause so that they have a chance to contact their loan officer for answers. This lets them know that I am willing to take the time to insure they are secure and satisfied in their dealings with your company.
